Web Development Services

For web development projects, refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Full refund if the project is cancelled before any work begins
  • Partial refund based on work completed if cancelled during development phase
  • No refund after project delivery and 30-day revision period

Consulting Services

For consulting services:

  • 24-hour cancellation notice required for scheduled consultations
  • Full refund for cancellations made 48+ hours in advance
  • 50% refund for cancellations made 24-48 hours in advance
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance

Software Licenses and Subscriptions

For software licenses and subscription services:

  • 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
  • Pro-rated refunds for annual subscriptions cancelled before renewal
  • No refund for monthly subscriptions after the first month
  • Software licenses are non-refundable once activated

3. Refund Process

  3. Allow 5-7 business days for review of your request
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Training and certification programs
  • Emergency or rush service fees
  • Hosting and domain registration fees
